Your elected Board of Trustees has been hard at work since July. We have been learning a great deal about leadership and we would like to share some of that with you through 3 after-worship conversations.

This month we will introduce the Board, ask for feedback about proposed Mission Statement and Behavioral Covenant, and explain what we have been doing to address perennial concerns about communication. We will model some structures we use in Board meetings which we hope will become part of the sacred work in other areas of church life.

We hope that many of you can attend. We will share the information in other ways for those of you who can't make it.
