Brian Dustin
Church Administrator
Brian has been the Church Administrator as well as a church member since 2007. His duties include bookkeeping, preparing the weekly order of service, and the weekly email blast, The Friday Flyer. He is a member of the Association of Unitarian Universalist Administrators (the national administrator professional organization). He also participates in the New England Region administrator group. Brian served on the Northern New England District of the UUA (now part of the New England Region) Nominating Committee from 2015-17.
Brian was born in Sanford and grew up in Lyman. He went to Washington, DC to obtain a business degree from American University. He has four children and two grandchildren.

Ryun Grivois is a Saco native with over a decade of experience in computer hardware assembly. He is a Right-to-repair advocate and avid Linux user and contributor. He is always searching for the next thing to fix, or the next problem to solve
Morgan Rowe
Web Chaplain
Morgan was ordained through the Chaplaincy Institute of Maine, where she discovered that her gifts as a professional actress and painter were not auxiliary to chaplaincy, but central to it—powerful pathways for connecting with the Divine and with the hearts of a community. Since then, she has continued to expand her understanding of chaplaincy by bringing those creative gifts more intentionally into her online work. Through web design and digital communication, Morgan focuses not on algorithms, but on creating welcoming online spaces—places that celebrate the people who gather there and feel like a home visitors want to return to again and again.
Cricket Conant
Religious Exploration Coordinator
Cricket Conant is delighted to serve as the Religious Exploration Coordinator at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Saco & Biddeford. A Unitarian Universalist since 2004, Cricket first found UU community while living in Oklahoma and has served in a variety of Religious Exploration roles in several UU congregations. Her mission-driven work has included women’s issues, reproductive health, homelessness, animal welfare, literacy, ESOL, and ASL interpretation. She holds a degree in Women’s Studies and considers herself a nonprofit worker at heart.
Compassion is at the center of Cricket’s life and her approach to Religious Exploration. She is committed to creating an RE program where children and adults feel welcomed, valued, curious, and free to ask questions and explore what they believe. She often carries Toni Morrison’s question with her: Does a child’s face light up when they walk into the room? Cricket hopes every child can feel, simply by the way we look at them, that we are glad they are here. She lives in Saco with her partner, Doug Kolmar, Winnie, and their feline adventurer, Ms. Rae Rae.
