The School Street Coffeehouse began out of a dream to support both artists and the LGBTQ community by creating a safe space for chemical free expression of art.
UUCSB members Scout W. and Thomas, who have extensive experience working with the local and national music scene, aim to facilitate monthly open-mic nights, generally on the third sunday of the month while also bringing in local, national, and even international artists to perform as schedules align for both UUCSB and performing artists.
