Changing the world can happen through big protests and long-term efforts, or through small, everyday actions inspired by individuals wanting to make a difference for their neighbors. Whatever your vision, share it with our community— we're here to support you every step of the way.
Here are some projects other members of our congregation have brought to life over the years.

Tree of Hope
Winters are cold in southern Maine! We try to make it a little easier by collecting and sharing winter wear. Like our Little Free Pantry, this project encourages folks to “Take what you need, share what you can.”

Clarissa Frost Memorial Window
Clarissa Frost was a longtime member of UUCSB who passed away in 2023. Her brother and sister-in-law, who own a stained glass studio, designed this window as a memorial and created the center panel with the blue borders. Guided by Clarissa’s brother and sister-in-law who supplied the glass, our team handled the cutting, grinding, foiling, soldering, grouting, cleaning, and polishing of the rainbow mosaic surrounding the central panel.
In the photo are two UUCSB members, Rev Niki N. and Jane P. The other two women are Clarissa’s sisters.
