We learn the fascinating stories of new visitors and facilitate introductions to the minister and current members. Ongoing tasks include keeping track of membership, updating our directory annually, and ensuring that the correct count of members is sent to the UUA each year. We also update the Welcome Brochure and organize events to attract more visitors to our church. One of the events we host is the winter Souper Sunday - a fun opportunity for members and visitors to connect and get to know each other better. On New Member Sundays, we help organize the service to celebrate the people who choose to formally join our community.
